Are the chemicals you use ok for my family and pets to be around?

Our technicians are trained to apply all pesticides as the label requires and deemed appropriate by the National Pest Control Association. We make sure that what we use is applied as carefully as possible to ensure you and your pets are as safe as can be.

Is it safe for me to be in my home when you spray?

The chemicals that we use do allow you to remain in your home when we are applying them. However, in certain cases such as a severely asthmatic child or adult, we may ask them to leave for a short period of time, for their own safety.

Do you sell products to your customers?

No. You must be state licensed and certified to buy and apply chemicals in the state of Wisconsin.

My home was just treated, why am I still seeing bugs?

Some chemicals that we use take immediate effect. Others may take up to two full hours to kick in. Larger colonies or infestations of pests, such as ants, may take up to 3 weeks to be completely exterminated. This potentially-delayed reaction is because most products we use require that the insect or pest come into contact with the chemical by landing on or walking through it. These types of applications have a longer residual quality and will result in more effective control overall.

Do the chemicals you use smell bad?

The chemicals that we use on the inside of the home have little to no smell. Chemicals used on the outside of the home may have a slight odor, but this smell shouldn’t last longer than 5-10 minutes.

Do I have to sign a yearly contract?

We do not have contracts. We don’t want you to feel pressured into service. Even if you do subscribe to one of our treatment plans, you are free to cancel at any time.

Are your services guaranteed?

Advanced Wildlife Control’s goal is to provide our customers with the best pest control service available and provide you with a pest-free environment. However, pests can enter your home in grocery bags, on pets, or even through the air. In addition, most problematic insects and pests are neighborhood problems; even though we are treating your home, pests from the surrounding area can crawl or fly onto your property and attempt to enter your home. If after your service you are still seeing a large number of pests, give us a call and we will re-service your home free of charge.

Do you give free inspections?

We do not give free home inspections. However, if you are unsure of the type of pest and whether it requires treatment, give us a call. Our technicians can help you determine what insects or pests are causing you problems and whether your pest issues need professional control.
