Paul & Jessica Winkelmann

In 1988, Paul and Jessica Winkelmann founded Advanced Wildlife and Pest Control. From a young age, Paul had a strong interest in wildlife and wanted to see if his knowledge and passion for wildlife could turn into a business. The Winkelmanns felt confident and capable of this new endeavor and took the entrepreneurial leap of faith. While we started small, the family business has become Wisconsin’s largest animal removal company and one of Milwaukee’s top pest control companies.

Paul was the Vice President of the Wisconsin Wildlife Control Operators Association (WWCOA) and is a lifelong member of the WWCOA, the Wisconsin Trappers Association (WTA), and the National Wildlife Control Operators Association (NWCOA). He continues to write articles for the Wildlife Control Technologies magazine and attend annual conferences. Paul has been trapping for over 60 years and is one of the most proficient trappers in the state.

Paul and Jessica have been happily married for over 50 years. They have three wonderful children and eight amazing grandchildren. Out of our 30-person staff, nine family members have or are working for the company.
