Evan at Advanced Wildlife and Pest Control responded quickly and provided great customer service. He humanely trapped a racoon that was trying to make its way into our attic. He examined the entire exterior of our house and also the inside attic space. After finding points of entry, Evan was able to quickly remedy the problem. We have used Advanced Wildlife Control for several different reasons and it is top notch quality service every time. We use AWC for our rodent control. The technicians are always prompt, polite, and friendly. Since AWC has taken over our rodent control we have had zero rodents in our house! We also used AWC when we had a family of bats living in our attic. They were extremely quick to respond to our call and got the job done in a very timely manner. I can't speak highly enough about every employee at AWC...from the person who answers the phone to the technicians that come to my house. This company puts customer service at the top of their list and it shows....their customers are always happy. Advanced Wildlife and Pest Control is an outstanding company. I had a wildlife issue and also needed pest control for ants, mice and wasps. Erica was so helpful getting a technician out as soon as possible. She explained how the service and pricing would work. Michael actually was able to come early and was thorough and professional in addressing all the pest needs of the home.

What a refreshing experience!  Local, courteous and prompt!  New customer and my experience has been great. From prompt response time to going the extra mile from Service Technician, Eric S.  And nice to know we will have the same person as opposed to the big national companies. Happy to be back with a family business instead of the couple of large nationals that own most brands. Great first impression, and thorough service with respect to the customer’s time and wallet. Isaac, our technician, explained our bee situation thoroughly. He was professional and very informative. Yellow jackets build their nests in the ground and that's how they were getting into our basement around the windows. He sprayed a large amount of chemicals outside in his full protective gear and advised if the bees were still around in a week that he'd return. They didn't come back! I called these folks looking for quotes & availability to treat my building (and the inside of one of the rental units) for ants.  They were very polite, from the first phone call, through to the technician, DJ.  He's one of the friendliest technicians of any vendor I've ever used, and was both helpful and efficient.

Very reasonable prices, quick turnaround, and relatively quick availability (from initial call to on-site in about 5 calendar days).
