Advanced Wildlife & Pest Control’s number one priority is protecting the health and safety of our customers, employees, and communities. We are closely monitoring the current coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. In addition to following the guidelines laid out by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), our company has established steps and precautions to help reduce the spread of COVID-19.

#1 - Limit the Need for Inside Service

We are doing all we can to limit the need for inside service. The benefit of pest control is that a majority of the work is around the exterior of the house, without having the need for our technicians to come inside.

#2 - When Inside Service is Necessary

In certain cases, an inside service is required for successful wildlife & pest control. Therefore, all our technicians are equipped with the proper personal protective equipment (PPE), such as gloves, respirators, and masks. If you have come into contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19, please let us know and our technician will avoid entering your home.

#3 - Service Payments

Service payments can be done online with a credit card on our customer portal, over the phone with our office staff at 262-242-4390, or by check mailed to our home office at 8041 West Mequon Road, Mequon WI 53097.

#4 - Main Office & Staff

We have increased our normal sanitation routines and hygiene policies at our home office. Any employee – both technician or office staff – who is not feeling well or has had contact with someone who has COVID-19 has been advised to stay home.

#5 - Suspending Services

If any customer would like to suspend service due to financial or health concerns, you are welcome to do so without repercussions. Simply let our office staff know that you would like to postpone a service.
For more information about COVID-19, visit the CDC’s website, https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html. Again, your safety is of the utmost importance to us. If you have any additional questions, give us a call at 262-242-4390. Our dedicated office staff is happy to assist you.

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you and your family, and do all we can to help keep everyone safe in this time of crisis. We know that together, we will get through this.

Stay safe and well!
